Shipping & Returns

All orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. In many cases, your items will even ship the same day.  We use a cost-based shipping rate for domestic orders, so you’ll never be surprised at checkout with an unexpected shipping amount. We treat every item you purchase as if it were our own and we take great care in packaging each order.

Shipping

All items are shipped by either UPS or United States Postal Service (USPS).

Generally, shipments under 3 lbs. in weight ship via USPS which can take between 2 and 7 business days for delivery.

Shipments over 3 lbs. in weight ship via UPS. UPS ship times vary depending on which area of the country we are shipping to. We're on the West Coast, so shipping to the East Coast using standard UPS can take up to 6 business days.

Note: The following shipping tables apply only to shipments within the United States. For international orders, please refer to international shipping (below) for more information.

Rules & Exceptions

* Our flat rate shipping charges are calculated based on pre-tax and pre-discount merchandise totals.

* Flat rate shipping charges apply to orders shipping within the 48 contiguous United States only.

* For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or international destinations, there may be an additional charge for express deliveries.

* We mainly use USPS as our primary shipping carrier, however, some heavier packages > 3 lbs. may be shipped via UPS.

* The delivery times for standard delivery are approximate. Since we carry all of our products in stock, we will make every effort to ship out your order the following business day.

* All express delivery times are guaranteed

* During severe weather conditions or other natural disasters, delivery times may be delayed.

* Note that the shipping times listed above do not take into account national holidays. Since we can’t ship orders when the United States Postal Service is closed, adjust the above times accordingly when the USPS is shut down.

** Delivery dates apply to orders shipping within the 48 contiguous United States only. Orders shipping to Alaska, U.S. territories, or international destinations can take up to additional 5 business days.

Orders are usually shipped the same or following business day. We’ll email you if we cannot ship your order within 2-3 days.

Rates for Expedited Shipping

Add an additional $35 for UPS express shipping.

Note: If your expedited order shipping cost exceeds $35.00 (typically packages over 3lbs), you’ll be responsible for the overcharge. We’ll make every attempt to contact you via e-mail to advise you of the actual charges prior to shipping your package.

Shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii

There’s no additional shipping charge to Alaska, Puerto Rico or Hawaii. However, we do not offer express shipping to these regions.

International Shipping

We welcome orders from Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. If you’re placing an international order, read the information below regarding the shipment of your order.

  • Processing Times
    All orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. However, international shipments may require up to 2-3 days of additional time for order processing.  Note: Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
  • Duties, taxes and brokerage fees
    ORU is not responsible for duties, taxes or brokerage fees associated with the shipment. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

All international orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping is calculated at checkout based on shipment weight and shipping distance.

Our Refund Policy

At ORU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We're confident that you’ll be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund.

Please take the following steps when returning your item:

  1. Go to our Returns Portal within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Enter your order number and the order's ship-to postal code.
  3. Click the Look Up Order button.
    The next screen will display your order information and each item in the order.
  4. Select the quantity of each item to return and the reason for the return.
  5. Click the Submit Request button.
    The next (and final) page will show that your return was authorized. 
  6. Click the Print Return Label button. 
  7. Place your packing slip and the return items in their original packaging and tape the top of the package closed.

Once a return is authorized and the package received, we’ll refund your payment less any shipping charges. If you received free shipping on your purchase, we’ll deduct the shipping fees we had to incur to ship the products to you. We must receive the return within 7 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions. When we receive the item, we will credit your account promptly and send you a copy of the refund memo.
