All prices listed on our website are quoted in US Dollars.



  Do you ship internationally?
We are happy to offer shipping to Canada, the UK, and Australia in addition to the United States. Please refer to our Shipping Policy page for more information.

 

  Are online transactions secure?
ORU assures that all transactions conducted online are completely secure. Our website uses secure socket layer (SSL) certification. We use strong security measures to prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of your information once it is in our records.



What is ORU's product availability?
We stock all of our items, so orders ship within 1-2 business days. In many cases, items are shipped the same day.



Will I receive an email confirmation of my order and tracking information?
You’ll receive an email notification immediately following your order. You’ll receive a second notification once your order has shipped. Once tracking information is available, you’ll be able to track the progress of your order through a tracking link provided in our email updates.



What are ORU's shipping methods?
We use the United States Postal Service and UPS to ship all orders. For more information, please visit our Shipping Policy page.



How long does it take to receive products?
All orders are under 3 lbs usually arrive 2-5 business days after shipment via USPS. Packages weighing over 3 lbs typically take 6 business days via USPS. Everything we sell is in stock otherwise you would not be able to complete the checkout process. If you need your order faster, choose expedited shipping during checkout.



Do you accept rush orders?
Yes. We are happy to rush orders at an additional charge of $35 for UPS Express Mail. If your Express Mail shipment cost exceeds $35.00 (typically, packages over 3lbs), we will charge you any overcharge fees. We’ll contact you via e-mail to advise you of the actual charges prior to shipping your package.



What is your refund policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for some reason you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return the products for a full refund. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number. We won’t accept any returns without a return authorization number. Once a return is authorized, and we’ve received the returned goods, we’ll refund your payment less any shipping charges. If you received free shipping on your purchase, we’ll deduct the shipping fees paid to ship the products to you. Please return authorized orders in their original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.



How do I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order provided the order has not been processed and shipped by emailing us at info@oruwrappingfabric.com

 

Is ORU wrapping fabric machine washable?  
Yes, the cotton fabric is machine washable.  We recommend washing on cold with like colors. You can then line dry or dry on a low dryer setting. The fabric will look best if it is then ironed on a cotton setting.



Will the fabric shrink?  
For best results, place in the dryer on a low setting after washing - this will not shrink the fabric.



Does ORU offer a service to gift wrap items?
We do not currently offer a gift wrapping service.

 

Does ORU have an online affiliate program?
We do not have an affiliate program at this time.



Does ORU offer wholesale pricing?
ORU does not offer wholesale pricing on our products.

How do I learn to make furoshiki?
Each fabric order is shipped with a booklet that has instructions to get you started. In addition, we have created video tutorials to help you create some of the more popular wrappings. If you feel stuck or have additional questions, please email us at info@oruwrappingfabric.com. We want you to be successful!

At no time do we ever provide your account contact or payment information to any third party vendor, associate or service provider. By using our website or purchasing a product from us, you agree to the conditions of use of information as set forth in our privacy policy. We may update this policy from time to time. We will post any changes to our policy on our Privacy Policy page so that you are always aware of what information we collect and how we use it.

What if I find website errors?
We do our best to make sure that the photos, descriptive copy, and prices are correct, but sometimes, despite our best efforts, we make mistakes. In the event that does happen, we reserve the right to charge the correct price, ship the correct item, or correct the mistake. We'll immediately notify you if any such correction is necessary.  If you find an error, we'd love for you to let us know by emailing us at info@oruwrappingfabric.com.



What if my package has been damaged during shipment?
Every effort has been made to ensure that your order arrives safely after it leaves us. Please check your shipment upon receipt for damage. Any visual package damage or breakage observed must be noted on the delivery receipt as "Damaged Packages" before opening/signing; if there is no delivery receipt, take a photo. All claims should be made directly with the carrier. We’ll make sure all damaged articles are replaced quickly. Claims that are not made within 24 hours of receipt will be denied.



What if my package is refused or undelivered?
If a package has been refused or returned to us unopened, the customer will be charged the shipping cost and/or pay additional shipping costs to re-ship the order.
